The facilitator is a medicine guide who understands the psycho-spiritual process of working with medicinal plants and can guide somebody else through the hero's journey of medicine work. Having a pure empathic nature and going through an intense healing and inner journey myself, I can fully resonate with people seeking healing and felt from day one that this is what I love to do most. Psychology and human behaviour research is another passion that is helping me understand myself and others during this process called Life.
Integration is as important – if not more important – than the healing that happens in an ayahuasca or any other plant ceremony. Integration is what happens after your retreat once you arrive back into "normal" life. It’s what you do with the teachings and insights that you get from the medicine, as well as how you take care of yourself and make changes in your life that are consistent with your continued healing. Integration is a crucial process for spiritual evolution and healing.
UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONAL TRAUMAS
If you’ve experienced an extremely stressful or disturbing event that’s left you feeling helpless and emotionally unstable, you may have been traumatised. Psychological trauma can leave you struggling with upsetting emotions, memories, and anxiety. It can also leave you feeling numb, disconnected, and unable to trust other people just like it happened to me for a very long time. Healing psychological or emotional traumas takes a lot of courage and work. Through my own experience I can shed some light on your own journey and the steps I took towards healing..
There are numerous factors to consider when starting a meditation practice and I encourage everybody to experience various techniques in order to find exactly what resonates with them. Meditation has completely changed my life, it helped me see learn how to live a stress-free life and taught me who I truly am. Meditation will help you get out of the rat-race mindset and bring you back into your heart.
UNDERSTANDING THE EGO MIND
Years of research and discipline contributed to the understanding that I currently have over how our mind is functioning. It requires training and discipline along with in depth inner inquiry to reach a state where you are in harmony with your mind and its games. Setting ourselves free from the traps that our mind creates is not an easy job, mindfulness would be the first step. I am here to support you freeing yourself from the mind's web.

There are many different things that you can do to live a healthy lifestyle and tapping into the Mind Body Soul connection is the best way to start. We are here to guide you through the process of cleansing and detoxifying your body not only to prepare it for plant medicine therapies but also to live a healthy and lighter life.
Mindful listening is a way of listening without judgment, criticism or interruption, while being aware of internal thoughts and reactions that may get in the way of people communicating with you effectively. Mindful listening will not only strengthen your relationships, bring in more depth to the conversations that you have but will also allow you to be conscious of your physical and mental presence through self-awareness. It may also help you uncover some unknown biases that you have when listening to someone else's perspective or point of view.
